What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom furniture projects?
For custom furniture programs, we work on a mixed-container basis (20ft or 40ft High Cube containers). Buyers typically combine 4 to 8 custom models per container, with a minimum of 20–30 units per specific model.
How does MPP Furniture protect custom client IP and exclusive designs?
We sign formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Custom CAD drawings, physical prototypes, and exclusive private label ranges are produced strictly for your account. They are never published in our open catalogue or supplied to competing buyers.
How long does custom sample production and container delivery take?
Technical drafting and prototype physical samples require approximately 14–21 days. Upon sample sign-off and deposit receipt, mass manufacturing takes 45 to 75 days depending on timber species, finish complexity, and order volume.
Can you assist with custom packaging and barcode integration?
Yes. We provide complete e-commerce drop-ship packaging (ISTA-tested), retail carton printing, custom brand labels, barcoding, and multi-language assembly instruction sheets inside every carton.
Are your timber sources legal and environmentally compliant?
All wood used in our facility is 100% legal plantation timber sourced under Indonesia’s mandatory SVLK system. Each container shipment includes government V-Legal documents satisfying US Lacey Act and EU Timber Regulation (EUTR) due diligence.
